Richard S. Dodd ’11 was promoted to Command Master Chief, Recruit Training Command in the U.S. Navy. The position is the most senior enlisted sailor in a U.S. Navy unit, charged as the primary liaison between commissioned officers and enlisted sailors. Dodd is in charge of more than 1000 staff responsible for training over 40,000 sailors annually.
